Ideal Candidates

  • Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
  • 2 to 6 years of transactional experience and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience working on complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and organizational/formation documents.
  • Helpful to have experience with securities regulation or representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently but embraces teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Willingness to get involved in the legal and civic community.
