Sydney is an associate attorney in Kohnen & Patton’s Litigation Practice Group and is licensed to practice in Ohio. She handles all areas of employment law liability including discrimination, retaliation, ADA, FMLA, sexual harassment, and other types of employment litigation. In addition, Sydney also has experience in other areas of civil litigation including personal injury law.

In 2024, Sydney earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University – Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While at Chase, she was a member of the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology.

Sydney is a proud Indiana native. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, and traveling.
